A Busy Weekend

The Kartchner Family had a fun busy weekend. It began Friday afternoon when Brad flew in for the weekend. He got here about the time the boys made it home from school. We made a quick trip to Kohl's to do some shopping then out for Mexican food. We had been to Costa Vida once before, we knew the food was good and the atmosphere would be perfect to start off our fun weekend. When I was paying, the girl ask me where we moved from. (I knew it had to be something I said that gave us away) I was asking the boys if they want pop or water with their meal. I forget that in these parts it is referred to as soda. After a delicious meal we headed to Golfland for a round of mini golf and a race with the go carts.

I still cant get over how nice the weather is. It is enjoyable to eat our meal on the patio without wind.

Karsons first putt. It took us awhile to find his ball. It was a Hole in One.

It was 95 outside at 9:00 pm. This volcano errupted occasionally while we golfed. Nothing like a blast of intense heat when you are alread warm.

Our cute boys in matching plaid shorts. They are either the in thing or there was a sale.

The four golfers. I was the picture taker, I'm not into the competitive sports.

We finished with a quick zip around the gokart track. The pictures aren't the best, I'm behind a fence, it's dark and they are zipping by. Luckily I had 6 minutes to get a picture of each one of them.

Now that Kayden has is learners he can really zoom.

... and Brad.

Saturday we went for a float down the Salt River, I'll post the pictures after I get the film developed from the waterproof disposable camera.
