NUTCRACKER

Monte, Kayden, his friend Chrystal and I attended the Nutcracker last weekend. I have been wanting to go for several weeks and be filled by the "Magic of Christmas". We drove to down town Phoenix right next to the Jobing.com arena where the Suns happened to be playing a bball game. Kayden informed us he would rather be going to a Suns game instead of a ballet. His friend Chrystal informed him that day that the Nutcracker was a ballet not a musical. He became a little less impressed.

The ballet was awesome, the scenery was amazing and the dancers were unbelievable. The second act was filled with beautiful dancing...it did get a little long for me only because I was freezing. I wasn't alone Chrystal said after that she was cold aswell. It was nice to get out and doing something together...and get cultured.

Kayden and Chrystal...the lady in pink shushed them during the performance. Chrystal is a dancer and was telling Kayden the name of a few things. Apparently they were being distracting or the lady was just a grump. I personally never even heard them whispering.
Post ballet...Kayden with the nutcracker ornament we purchased for our tree. While Monte stood in line I changed ornaments no less then 5 times.
