Well this was a slow week people were still in holiday mode so we weren’t able to see everyone that we had planed on and I also developed a wee bit of a cold so I was slowed down a bit. We were able to do service at the historic society ha Erick made us leave a little early because he thought I was on the verge of death for some reason merely a low voice do to a sore throat ha.

We were also able to see our Indian (the native american kind) investigator that went well except we took a member with us that tends to get deep and off topic so it was a bit of a war. We taught the foster Care girls again and that went really well with the help of an object lesson and my eager attitude.

My new years eve was pretty cool we were at the Snyder’s doing service so we ate dinner then we were fed home raised pig in the form of pulled pork with a northern delicacy of poutine with squeaky cheese. It was pretty good we also watched 17 miracles there it was very enjoyable. After we went with the Snyder’s to the Farris’s where the Tophams (Prez Tophams son) were and we played some fun games and had about 25 cake balls covered in white chocolate they were very good. We had to leave at about 9 but it was fun while it lasted.

The following Sunday was rather good as well we had 5 speakers all of them were college kids that were home. And today we plan on playing floor hockey so this letter is a little short cuz we’re in a little bit of a rush. I need to show these americans how its done ha. But I'm doing well I’m getting over my cold and in high hopes but I love you and hope to hear from you soon.

The Snyder Family. Elder Kartchner used their skype Christmas day. The youngest Snyder on the left often appeared to tease and torment Elder Kartchner...sometimes shining a laser light on his forhead. We appreciate them taking such good care of the missionaries.
