April 30, 2012

We'll Heather did get baptized and we're glad for that we were a little worried that she wouldn’t get confirmed because of a fear of large groups. But she showed up to church on Sunday and we confirmed her so that was good had us a little worried but we figured she would pull through. It was kinda funny when Heather showed up on Saturday to be baptized with her kids they all ran to the font and started asking so is this where your going to dunk mommy kinda thought it was funny.

Found out Saturday night that Elder Brady is getting transferred so I’m getting a new companion sometime tomorrow kinda curious as to whom will be my companion hopefully he’s a good guy. But really other then the baptism it was a pretty slow week we did a lot of tracting and really didn’t get anything out of it no one really wanted to talk to us so kinda has me worried for how the coming weeks are going to be since we baptized our only investigator but we'll figure it out I guess.

It seems as though all the cars I ever knew just seem to disappear in a matter of hours don’t know what I’ll do with myself when I get back to Arizona. But I thank you for sending my cards back I’ll probably get them today but I love you and hope you have a great week sorry I don’t really have much else to write about  kinda a slow week other then the weekend. Well I guess one kinda cool thing happened on Sunday we ate a huge dinner at a members and elder brady and I didn’t want to eat anything more but heather wanted us to stop by because her neighbor was cooking hotdogs so we went over and I don’t know how mr Abassi got elder brady and I to do it but somehow we ended up eating 5 hot dogs a piece kinda made me want to die but it was a great accomplishment. but have a great week and I’ll call ya in like 13 days so have a good one. PS remember that’s my birthday to eh.

Congratulations on the baptism Karson. See the talk by Elder David F. Evans talk from conference. When you baptize a person, you may bring the gospel to a family and generations to come!
