A quick explanation:  Elder Kartchner is making comments about marriage and dating.  I told him this week 2 guys that just got home that he knows are already engaged.  One of them gave his homecoming talk yesterday and announced his engagement...he has been home for almost a month and he was more or less engaged before he left but still...

Yeah I’m kinda a big deal so it makes total sense that my letters are the high light of the week I mean come on.

But sadly Jason didn’t pan out this week he worked thanksgiving and then he left somewhere for the weekend so it was a little slow with investigators but we were able to go see some LA members and have a talk with them as well as go out tracting in 35 degree weather my California boy froze a little but other then that no big deal we did get a few good potential investigators so it was a successful tracting experience.

Thanks for the ensign we haven’t gotten that one yet we only get them during times when the pres comes around so we should be getting two ensigns this december. Glad I could help with the christmas list its the least I could do took me a while to figure out what to put on it but no big deal I guess.

But our thanksgiving was pretty good we had a good football game.  I hadn’t realized how long its been since I had done something of that nature I felt like I had been beat with a stick by the end of the game but a protein shake and  800 mg of ibuprofen later I was able to walk but before that it was pretty ruff. I'm doing good now though so today should be a fun day of sports for the district. 

Its good everyone had a good thanksgiving though. 

And me getting engaged in a month I don’t see that as being possible I mean first I have to find someone who can tolerate me second someone who wants to be with me for eternity not just for this life were talkin a time commitment here. Plus I'm just a poor boy going to be working construction for a while so nothing special I mean just by looking at the variables its looking like it could take time for me to even get a date let alone a marriage date so I don’t think you have too much to worry about. But I am open to suggestions.

Well transfers are this week and I'm staying and I'm also still district leader so I guess I'm still a glorified baby sitter for another 6 weeks but its fun so I cant complain, get to see all the areas and get to go on exchanges so life is good.

But hope ya’ll have a good week and as always I'm sendin up prayers for ya but love ya and I’ll try to get some pictures for you but I’ll talk with ya next week have a good one eh.  love ya
