Well its Monday again and soon it will be Sunday and I’ll be able to decide which of the 50 new ties I want to wear but I appreciate all the gifts I get.

Well this has been an interesting week it all started with setting Lynn with a new date to be baptized for this Friday so hopefully that works out. He is excited and is progressing well. We also had a strange experience. We received a request for a bible about a month ago but the address was to a business and the number was bad so we kinda pushed it off as a bad referral. However this week we decided to just ask the business if they knew the lady. The owner said he didn’t but he told us there were apartments at the back of the building. We went around back and knocked on a door. There was no answer so we went around the other side to see if there was any other apartments, there were none so we came back around and say a lady standing by the door that we had knocked on smoking we asked if she was kazia. She said yes so we told her that we had the bible she ordered she gave us a strange look and told us that it had been two years since she had ordered it. We gained a shocked look as well because we had only gotten the referral a few weeks before. She accepted the bible and said we could come back on Tuesday so hopefully that turns into something.

We were able to also start teaching the branch presidents grand daughter which went well a little weird since she’s only 10. We were able to teach the black girls again and have finished all the lessons and will now start going over what was taught and seeing how well they actually retained any of it.

We also had our branch christmas party which was good except for the fact that I didn’t know half of the people there kinda strange how food brings everyone out of the woodwork. Thats pretty much all that was interesting that happened this week but hopefully it will magnify again next week.
