Family Gatherings

These two had a great time with granny and grandpa's head lamps. Trying to get a decent picture of them proved to be impossible as they couldn't stand still long enough.

Monte and I made a quick trip to Cardston to ring in the new year. Unfortunately I failed to take my camera to our new years celebration. We had an awesome time at Brett and Malori's, feasting on take out Chinese...with enough left over for lunch the next day. We watched a movie, "the help" then rang in the new year before heading to bed. New Years day was spent at the hospital with Grandma and Grandpa...so glad grandma is feeling better then back to Brett and Malori's for left overs. I did manage to get a stew in the oven for supper some time during the day.
The rest of the week was spent taking down Christmas decorations at Grandma and Grandpa Doigs and Grandma Berry's along with quick visits at friends. Tuesday we made a super quick stop at Ken's to help eat the sushi Tracy learned to make with a friend.
Wednesday we had Ken, Rob and families over for a wiener roast and salads. Due to high winds (shocking) we decided to roast hot dogs inside in the fireplace. Thankfully I remembered to pull out the camera and snap a couple pics.
It is always great when family gets together.
