Donny & Marie

Monte & I attended Donny & Marie Christmas Saturday night.

I purchased the tickets back in August thinking it would be a great way to get in the Christmas spirit.
I found some random seats on the first floor way at the back that were cheaper then any other on that floor.  Friday night I got a call saying our seats have been upgraded...apparently they had a camera where are seats were to be.

Rarely if never does stuff like that happen to us...normally we'd be stuck with seats behind a camera.

We were in row 12 closing in on the middle.

Anxiously awaiting the concert.

The concert was WAY more then I expected.  I was thinking it would be them singing several Christmas songs...it ended up being a major production.

Their voices are amazing...they are true entertainers.

They sang several Christmas songs plus some of their classics.

Marie pulled our "Paper Roses"
Donny sang "Puppy Love"... and "Soldier of Love"

It was crazy being surrounded by Adults that reverted back to teenagers.  I guess they weren't screaming like crazy but they were definitely reliving their past.

Donny walked through the crowd hugging and high fiving anyone within arms reach.  These pics were taken with Monte's cell phone...no I'm not standing up screaming...I'm sitting in my seat watching the "crazies" around me.

One sang he was encouraging everyone to join in...several around us sang "loud & proud".

To sum it up it was well worth the money...if ever in Vegas wanting to attend a appropriate entertaining show they are worth it.
