I feel as though I need to explain a couple things from this letter. First I did send "The Missionary" shampoo and conditioner...they were not the travel size as he makes it sound, just what they had on the shelf at Ulta. (They were having a sale buy 2 get 1 free...I was excited because they were the brand he requested) I guess next time I need to go to Costco and get the industrial size bottles.

Secondly, it is so funny he wanted Brett to hear about the burger he had. It sounds very much like the "kartchy burger" Brett makes, or started perfecting this summer. I think "The Missionary" doesn't know his brother already makes this delicious burger.

I am also going to add a couple pics...nothing new just wanted to liven up the blog a bit, I've been trying to upload a video of him eating a jalapeno but for some reason it hasn't worked, I'll keep trying.
Well what I ment by the smurf setup was the fact that you got the small ones I was thinking the size bigger would have been nice for the shampoo and conditioner but it’ll work for now. I met the alligator at a part less active members house and they brought it out. And yes 6 kids in a primary presentation is interesting at that and yes it was nice to get a package full of candy, made the ward kids really happy. I have run into Amish people in the high country but I haven’t really been there much and I would have taken a pic but my cameras dead and I left the cable in Chambersburg and its taking elder Stewart a while to send it to me so it’ll have to wait. I’m not really sure what I want for Christmas I’ll have too look into it and let ya know within the next two weeks but money is always good. What’s the date for dads bday anyways I know its this month but I aint to sure on the day. I’m glad that the holidays will be good for everyone and hopefully I get an invite to families for a free meal on the holidays that would be nice.

Well this week was pretty good I went on exchange and learned what I didn’t want to be like and was glad not to be like the guy I was on exchange with. His soul purpose on his mission was not to be in any line of authority and to just make it through he was one of the smartest laziest people I knew I mean when I’m the motivating factor you know there is a problem here eh. But after my exchange we were able to see the Skavang family and teach a good lesson to the husband and the mother. The husband has read the pamphlet a time or two and had underlined everything he had a question for which was good made it easy to teach. We have another appointment with them on Thursday and hopefully it’s as good as the last and we keep making progress. We were able to do a little service later on in the week and that was nice working at the historic society stacking 50 pound bags of salt onto a pile reminded me of home hardware and tossing cement around. We had a good testimony meeting where one of sis Farris foster daughters bore her first testimony and thanked her for the love she showed so that was nice. Today we’re doing our ward family home evening or also known as a sneakily disguised fireside on Stepping up to the plate and becoming a better member. My topic is becoming fully converted so hopefully I’ll be able to pull something out of my hat seeing as I haven’t really prepared anything and I got 15 min so we'll see how that goes. I woke up Sunday with a pain in my back which kinda sucked I was huddled over forward a little until my comps pills he gave me kicked in and I was able to move a little.

Oh mom make sure you tell this to Brett. So on Monday or Halloween we went to a less actives house for dinner and enjoyed a meal of cheese burgers. They were prepared by taking two quarter pound patties. Frying onions and red peppers and bacon. Putting them on one paddy and then covering it with the other patty and making one burger then bbq it and puttin cheese on, it was dang good the thing was like a pound at the end so I’ll probably end up trying to make that when I get home, I think Brett would enjoy such a burger.

But that’s kinda my week so I’ll end it here but I’m glad everyone’s doin good and I hope they continue to do so I love you all and hope to hear from yall soon.

Elder Kartchenr

I can tell when he is in a hurry...the spelling and such is unbelievable...you know it's bad when you spell your own name wrong.
