Well Faith. I like the way the lord talks to Nephi in Helaman 10:5 

 5 And now, because thou hast done this with such unwearyingness, behold, I will bless thee forever; and I will make thee mighty in word and in deed, in faith and in works; yea, even that ^aall things shall be ^bdone unto thee according to thy ^cword, for thou shalt ^dnot ask that which is contrary to my will.

Faith is gained when we follow the words of the commandments because we see the blessings of the commandments. Nephi was blessed for keeping the commandments like it says in the previous verse.

 4 ^aBlessed art thou, Nephi, for those things which thou hast done; for I have beheld how thou hast with ^bunwearyingness declared the word, which I have given unto thee, unto this people. And thou hast not feared them, and hast not sought thine ^cown life, but hast sought my ^dwill, and to keep my commandments.

Because of that he was blessed to be mighty in deed, in faith, and in works and that whatever he would ask for would be given him. BECAUSE thou shalt not ask for that which is contrary to my will. The secret is that Nephi learned the will of the lord so he knew what to ask for because it was what the lord wanted. We need to learn to align ourselves with God and then we know what to pray for because we can only see through a small key hole wheres the lord can see the whole room and when we let him open our eyes to the big picture we then realize that what we thought would be best wasn’t and that there was a much bigger plan. I’m not sure if that helps or not but it sounded good to me. 

And it sounds like a pretty good place the antique mall we have a place here thats not too bad that I’ve been looking around at so I cant complain. And I’ll check it out with you when I get home. 

But things went pretty good in my neck of the woods this week nothing ground shattering but we were able to make it a few steps forward without getting blown strait back. 

We were able to See Tony and I was able to have a talk with him about the Bible and the book of mormon and the relation that they have together and how they can assist in our learning. He was planning on reading the bible and then reading the book off mormon which isn’t a terrible thing but when conversion can only be learned trough the book of mormon it makes it a little tough. But he asked me to text him passages from the book of mormon and that he would read them so I’ve sent Enos and 3 Nephi 11 to the end of christ ministry so hopefully that will help we have dinner with him tonight so I look forward to finding out what he has thought of it. 

We saw some LA members this week and it went ok its always hard to tell what kinda progress your making or if your making progress at all. 

But we keep on keeping on doing the best we can with what we have and hoping to continue to do better. But I hope everyone is doing good and I love and pray for ya’ll.
